You will receive complimentary supervision as you provide outpatient mental health serves to clients seeking evidenced-based, Christian counseling.


Major Responsibilities 

  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of emotional/ relational issues 
  • Engage in case conceptualization with designated supervisor and determine how to conduct appropriate assessments, maintain case notes, records, reviews, discharge notes 
  • Attend weekly supervision and twice monthly professional development meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisor regarding how to provide information for referrals and community resources to clients when needed 
  • Perform networking efforts to increase clientele and foster relationship with area agencies, leaders, and organizations 


Qualifications 

  • Student Interns pursuing a Master’s degree in a CACREP accredited counseling program or individuals with a completed Master’s degree toward licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Wisconsin 
  • Desire to provide Christian counseling using evidence-based treatment strategies 
  • Possess reliability and consistency and strong, self-directed work ethic 
  • Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally 
  • Extremely organized, self-motivated, with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills 
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality 
  • Interested in continually expanding skill set to serve clients in need of quality care
